The Marsico International Opportunities Fund is co-managed. Information relating to the co-managers is provided below. Jim Gendelman is a co-manager of the Marsico International Opportunities Fund with Munish Malhotra and a co-manager of the Marsico Global Fund with Tom Marsico. Prior to joining Marsico Capital Management, LLC (“Marsico Capital”) in 2000, Jim was a Vice President of International Sales at Goldman, Sachs & Co. for 13 years. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Jim was a certified public accountant for Ernst & Young from 1983 to 1985.
Munish Malhotra, CFA, is a co-manager of the Marsico International Opportunities Fund with Jim Gendelman and a co-manager of the Marsico Emerging Markets Fund with Josh Rubin and Charlie Wilson. Munish joined Marsico Capital in 2003. He earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2006 and has more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. Munish was previously employed as an international equities analyst at Driehaus Capital Management in Chicago from 2000 - 2003. He holds a BA degree in Economics from Loyola University of Chicago.
