OBJECTIVE and STRATEGY

The Emerging Markets Fund’s goal is to seek long-term growth of capital. The Emerging Markets Fund is a “diversified” portfolio and invests primarily (at least 80% of its total net assets) in issuers economically tied to emerging markets. The Fund may invest in companies of any size throughout the world.

7The investment adviser has entered into a written expense limitation and fee waiver agreement under which it has agreed to limit the total expenses of the Fund (excluding interest, taxes, acquired fund fees and expenses, litigation, brokerage and extraordinary expenses) to an annual rate of 1.75% of the Fund’s average net assets until January 31, 2013. This expense limitation and fee waiver agreement may be terminated by the investment adviser at any time after January 31, 2013 upon 15 days prior notice to the Fund and its administrator.
